What is included in the price for every single occasion?

CIVIL CEREMONY

Documents’ translation & submission, date and time of reservation, a marriage certificate’s legalization, wedding day coordinator, fees, a bottle of champagne, floral design. In case of the outdoor ceremony, transfer for a wedding planner and a master of ceremonies is not included in the price.

 

OUTDOOR CEREMONY

A wedding day coordinator, an interpreter, a bottle of champagne, floral design and a place for a wedding.

 

CHURCH CEREMONY

A wedding day coordinator, an interpreter, church donations, a bottle of wine, floral design and religious accessories.

RESTAURANT

What makes a great restaurant? One of the major factors is atmosphere: décor, summer terrace, qualified staff and prices. The most basic but also the most important is food. Good one – $55-65 per person (+ alcohol, wedding cake, taxes).

 

MAKE-UP & HAIR ARTIST

We work only with well-known professionals. LOVE WITH AN ACCENT’s goal is to create one-of-a-kind design that is made for your unique personality. We want you to feel stunning on your Big Day.

TRANSFER

Why is transfer so essential? If you do not want to worry about guests during your wedding day, it is particularly important to organize a comfortable and smooth transition for them to the locations. (price may vary)

 

FLORAL DESING & DECOR

We offer a full service that specializes in comprehensive event decoration: starting from flowers for the wedding to the reception design. None of your ideas is impossible for us. We are focusing on your vision to make your Big Day the one and only. 

Items: bouquets & boutonnieres, flowers for parents, throw away bouquet, ceremony aisle décor, arch, directional signs, arch flowers, chairs and their covers, registrar’s desk, candles, rose/rice petals/bubbles, balloons, linens, hand painted wedding signs, guest book and pen, gifts for the guests, thank you notes, welcome drink and more.

 

MASTER OF CEREMONIES

It is not surprising that the M.C.’s job is to make sure the evening goes as smoothly as possible. Our agency works with well-known professionals across Georgia.

How much does a wedding cost in Georgia?

Each wedding is individual on several points: number of guests and range of services, location and its remoteness from the capital of Georgia. The best professionals are concentrated in Tbilisi, therefore, on our website you can use a calculator that calculates minimum price for the starting point — Tbilisi. With it, you can pre-calculate the budget and send a letter to us. If you plan to celebrate a solemn event in Kazbegi, Kakheti, Batumi and other regions of the country, then the cost of some contractors services and transfer may vary.

 

The main thing is that we work with clients with any financial capabilities, provide you with assistance in paperwork, help you plan your budget optimally and correctly without losing quality. Each couple is an important client for us, and we have enough qualified managers for projects of any complexity, even for several ceremonies on the same date.

 

Agency fee in 2020 is 15% of the cost of services provided, which includes VAT.
